	Contoured and segmented back pad is held in place with adjustable straps suitable for wearing over or under your tummy and sized to suit your fully pregnant belly or your pre-pregnancy waist! heating instructions
	1. Microwave on clean plate, high setting for 30 seconds. 2. Shake thoroughly. 3. Check temperature by rubbing briskly between your hands. If a warmer temperature is required, repeat steps 1-3 until desired temperature is reached. (based on a 750watt microwave) NEVER HEAT FOR A TOTAL OF MORE THAN 2 MINUTES. Before reheating, allow to cool to room temperature. IF YOUR PAIN RELIEF PACK BECOMES TOO WARM, LEAVE TO COOL IN A WELL VENTILATED AREA OR OUTSIDE.
chilling instructions
	Place in a sealed plastic bag and store in the freezer for one hour before use. Use directly as required, or for your convenience, store in freezer when not in use.
cleaning
	Remove wheat liners from covers. Covers may be warm machine washed and line dried. Do not tumble dry. DO NOT WASH WHEAT LINERS. DO NOT DRY CLEAN WHEAT LINERS. (For non-removable covers - Sponge lightly with lukewarm water to remove surface marks. DO NOT DRY CLEAN, DO NOT MACHINE WASH, DO NOT IMMERSE IN WATER.)
