Our Pregnancy Comfort Pillow has been designed with a dual zone liner which has been filled to different levels of firmness. The bottom end is a little firmer for support between the knees. The top section is softer to ‘squish’ under the breast and belly as required. To turn over during the night, simply hug the pillow and it will turn with you. Replacement pillowcases available.
